Copper Industries & LB Cylinders Family Day Trips Giveaways, Summer 2023 Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
1.1 The competition is open to all residents of UK & Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Copper Industries & LB Cylinders and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
1.2 By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entry Requirements:
2.1 To enter the competition, participants must follow the instructions on the Facebook announcements. 
2.2 Each competition is separate. Participants can enter each competition. 

Competition Period:
3.1 The individual competitions will run from June to August 2023.
3.2 Any entries received before the start or after the end of the competition period will not be considered.

Winner Selection:
4.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
4.2 The winner will be announced on the Copper Industries & LB Cylinders Facebook page within 2 days after the competition end date.
4.3 The winner will be notified through a Facebook comment, private message, or email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, another winner will be selected.

Prize:
5.1 The prizes consists of family day trips to a number of attractions within Ireland and Northern Ireland. Each ticket is for 4 people (2 Adults and 2 children).
5.2 Each prize includes either £50 or €60 cash to help cover additional expenses. This decision has been made to make the prizes as accessible as possible due to the cost of living crisis. Unfortunately, any additional expenses incurred above this amount of £50 or €60 such as transportation, accommodation, meals, or any other costs will not be compensated by Copper Industries & LB Cylinders.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

Privacy:
6.1 Any personal information provided by the participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.

Disqualification:
7.1 Copper Industries & LB Cylinders reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, or in violation of these terms and conditions.
7.2 Copper Industries & LB Cylinders reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.

Publicity:
8.1 By entering the competition, participants agree that Copper Industries & LB Cylinders may use their names, images, and any other submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the competition or future marketing activities without further compensation or notice.

General Conditions:
9.1 Copper Industries & LB Cylinders reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if unforeseen circumstances or technical issues arise.
9.2 The decision of Copper Industries & LB Cylinders regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

Governing Law:
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.
10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
